Step 1 - Prelim

We undergo 4 design stages to capture all inclusions and exclusions for your project. This process allows for checkpoints for budget, quality, and excellence in the design for all projects small, medium or large. The 4 design stages are:

1 - Masterplan & Concept Design

2 - Schematic Design / Town Planning as req.

3 - Design Development

4 - Construction Documentation / Building Permit as req.

Step 2 - Construction

​Studio MK works in parallel with our building service Studio Konstruct to providing surety for projects from design to construct. Here the budget is controlled alongside the design revisions streamlining all details, buildability, inclusions and exclusions. With each of the 4 x Architecture stages above,  a cost plan is created with the final contract sum offered at Stage 4.
