Our 4 Design Stages:

1   Masterplan & Concept Design

2.  Schematic Design / Town Planning (as required)
Next, we refine the concept into detailed schematic designs, giving shape to the layout and functionality of your space. If town planning is needed, we’ll handle the approvals process to keep things moving smoothly.

3.  Design Development
Here, we dive deeper into the details—materials, finishes, and technical specifications—ensuring every element aligns with your budget and aspirations. This stage is about turning ideas into actionable plans.

4.  Construction Documentation / Building Permit (as required)
Finally, we prepare comprehensive construction documentation to guide the build. If a building permit is required, we’ll manage the process to ensure compliance and a seamless transition to construction.
